Surface material
High-pressure laminate (HPL)
- Group 1 laminates are GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality and GREENGUARD Gold certified.
- Wilsonart, Formica, Nevamar, and Pionite laminates are GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality and Gold certified.
- Arborite laminates are GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality certified.
Marmoleum
- Allergen-free, non-petroleum based, and biodegradable.
- Contains 33% rapidly renewable resources, including linseed oil, limestone, cork flour, rosin, jute, and pigments.
- Contains 45% pre-consumer recycled content by weight.
- Anti-bacterial and anti-static, with self-healing properties for small scratches and minor cuts.
- Color extends through the full .125-inch thickness.
- Burn and scuff resistant, and SMART certified.
Adhesive
- Water-based and low-VOC.
- Contains no urea-formaldehyde.
- GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality certified.
Edge material
Bamboo edge
- A natural, renewable material with sustainable harvesting practices.
- Comparable in hardness to Northern hard maple.
Wood edge
- Natural, biodegradable, and renewable.
- FSC-certified lumber options are available.
ABS edge
- Recyclable, chlorine-free, incinerable, and anti-static.
Urethane edge
- PURTech and PURWood formulations contain approximately 65% refined vegetable oil by weight.
- Durable construction supports a long service life.
