Urethane Overview

Hello Urethane.

Polyurethane edges take your tables to the next level. They're renewable and boost your LEED credits. They're unbelievably durable. They're a cinch to clean. And they look good too! If you haven't heard of urethane before (or even if you have), you've come to the right place.

1

Durability Meets Comfort

Urethane withstands even the toughest punctures, bumps and blows. Not even a scratch with the 160 inch-pound impact test, when other materials tap-out at 40 inch-pounds.

2

Options For Days

With ten edge profiles, two textures, three edge applications and over 60 standard colors (or custom match your own!), your options are vast, with quite the palette to design within.

3

Get an Edge on Clean

Permanently bonded to the table, space between the seal is eliminated, keeping liquids and bacteria far, far away. Plus antibacterial and antifungal additives make urethane edges ideal for healthcare, education and food service. Because urethane is tough as nails and lock-tight on a table's edge, Urethane edges are a cinch to clean; hot water and soap is all you need.

4

PURTech® Edge Texture

Available in 9 different edge profiles, PURTech Urethane edges have a sleek, modern & unconventional design aesthetic with a smooth texture that is friendly to the touch.

5

PURWood® Edge Texture

PURWood edges give the apperance of wood with the durability of urethane, while providing a traditional/residential look. Available in four different edge profiles.

Urethane Edge Applications

A, F, Y Series: What does it all mean? A-Series simply means that the profile goes all the way around the table; ideal for hospitality and meeting environments. For F-Series edge models, the Urethane profile is on the user side only, with edgeband on all other sides - perfect for connecting and reconfiguring training and classroom tables. Y-Series edge models are like the F-Series, only instead of edgeband, flat urethane is integrated into the non-user sides for a seamless transition.
